What this page does and does not show

The readings above are live. Each service is contacted from our servers at the moment you load this page, and the result is what came back. Nothing is cached and nothing is manually set.

What is not here yet is history. We do not currently record uptime over time, which means there is no monthly availability figure to publish and no incident archive to browse. We would rather say that than show a number we cannot substantiate. Historical tracking is planned.

A service reporting as operational means it answered a health check promptly. It does not guarantee every request is succeeding. The Analytics API requires an authenticated session, so we can only confirm that it is reachable and routing, not that every query behind it returns correctly. If you are seeing errors while this page reads green, that is worth telling us about, so please get in touch.

Operational

Answered a health check within 3.5 seconds.

Degraded

Answered correctly, but took longer than 3.5 seconds. These services scale to zero, so the first request after an idle period is expected to be slower.

Not responding

Returned an unexpected status code, or did not answer within eight seconds.
